Mercury Creative Dare to Save a Life For Ministry For Ministry Of Health

In 2018, Mercury Creative was assigned by Singhealth to develop a campaign and all necessary measures to overcome the negative bystander effect in how to react when witnessing a cardiac arrest by calling 911 and applying CPR. Survival rate in Singapore was 3% in comparison to Asia 20% which was very low and there was room for improved.
